TIFTON, Ga. - The Knights hit the road again on Tuesday, February 10th as they headed to Tifton, Georgia to take on the Stallions of ABAC. Both teams were looking for their first win of the season.

Match Recap

The Knights wanted to get off to a fast start and they got the win in the #3 doubles match with Nick Dufner and Vicente Faria winning 6-3. The Knights needed to win one more match to take the point but were unsuccessful as the Stallions won the #1 and #2 doubles matches 6-4.

The Knights came back with a vengeance in singles play as they get wins from Michal Glocman, Alejandro Vizoso, Alexandr Achour, and Vicente Faria to clinch the match. The Stallions won the final tow matches to close the gap and make the match closer.

Notable Performances

Vicente Faria went 2-0 on the day with a 6-3 win in doubles and a 6-4, 6-3 win in singles.

What's Next

The Knights head back out on the road on Friday, February 20th as they head to Greeneville, Tennessee to take on the Pioneers of Tusculum University. The match is scheduled to start at 10 AM EST.
