WINTER PARK, Fla. - The Knights were back on the court on Saturday, March 14th as they headed to Winter Park, Florida to take on the 33rd-ranked Tars of Rollins College. The Knights won their previous match against Auburn-Montgomery and were recently placed 32nd in the ITA rankings while the Tars had won their previous two matches.

Match Recap

The Knights got behind after losing the #2 doubles match and the #3 doubles match to go down 1-0. The Knights lost the #2 singles match but picked up a 6-2, 6-4 win in the #4 singles match from Agustina Olivero to get back to within one point of the Tars. A 6-3, 6-3 win in the #6 singles match from Irina Furtuna tied the match at 2-2. The Knights sent the #5 singles match and the #1 singles match to a third set after each lost the first set but they were unable to pick up wins in either match as the Tars won the match 4-2.

What's Next

The Knights will be back on the court looking to rebound from their loss on Sunday, March 15th when they face the 19th-ranked Fighting Knights of Lynn University. That match is scheduled to start at 1:00 PM EST.
