COCHRAN, GA - The Knights women's basketball team defeated the Thomas University NightHawks 77-55 to move to 2-1 on the season.  The Knights jumped out to a 24-6 lead after the first quarter and 44-28 at half after forcing 20 turnovers by the NightHawks.  The Knights were led by Dexshalyn Polite with 23 points and 7 rebounds while Kiana Delas added 20 points. Joy Sadler was the 3rd Knight in double-digits with 15 points missing a double-double as she pulled down 9 rebounds.  Mariah Scott had a game-high 12 rebounds as the team outrebounded the Nighthawks 60-33.  Scott and Ilynn Spann led the Knights with 7 assists each.

The Knights will be on the road until November 27th when they return home to face Voorhees to open a 4 game home stand.
