Knights Tip Off Season With Road Victory

Brunswick, GA - The Knights started their season on the road as they traveled to Brunswick, Georgia to take on the Mariners of the College of Coastal Georgia.

First Half

The Knights and Mariners would start out playing a close game before the Knights would start to pull away, leading by eight points halfway through the first half. The Knights would continue to pull away as the Knights would lead 44-26 at the halftime break.

Second Half

The Knights would extend their lead to 26 points in the second half before the Mariners would close the gap back down to 16 points. The Knights would not let Mariners get any closer as they would go on to win 86-67.

Jahwan Smith would lead the Knights with 21 points as four Knights would reach double digits. The Knights will be back in action on Tuesday, November 2nd as they host Thomas University in the home season opener.
