Thomasville, GA - The Knights were on the road for the first time this season as they traveled to Thomasville, Georgia to take on the Nighthawks of Thomas University.

The first quarter would start well for the Knights as they would take a 7-4 lead before the Nighthawks would come back and take the lead to end the first quarter as the Knights trailed 18-13. The Knights would fall further behind to start the second quarter as the Nighthawks would score the first 11 points of the quarter. The Knights would start making some shots but the deficit would remain in double digits as the Knights would trail 40-29 at halftime. The Knights would score the first eight points of the third quarter to cut the lead down to 40-37 as the game would come down to the fourth quarter tied at 45-45. The Knights would use an 11-point run in the middle of the fourth quarter to take the lead as the would hold to win the game 63-53. Destanee Wright led the Knights with 17 points as the Knights would shoot 31 percent from the field compared to th Nighthawks 39 percent. The Knights would hold the advantage in the turnover margin as they would only turn the ball over nine times to the Nighthawks 18 turnovers.

The Knights will be back in action on Monday, November 15th as they travel to Americus, Georgia to take on the Hurricaens of Georgia Southwestern in an exhibition game. That game will tip-off at 7 PM EST/6 PM CST.
