Cochran, GA - The Knights were back on the court on Saturday, December 3rd as they hosted the Roadrunners of Dalton State College. The Knights were coming off of a tough loss against Life University and were looking to turn their luck around. The Knights would start the game making the first shot but the shooting went cold as the Roadrunners would score the next 14 points of the game. The deficit for the Knights would remain around the 10 point area as the Knights were unable to sustain any runs on the Roadrunners to close the gap. The Knights would go into the halftime break down 42-29. The second half would not be any better for the Knights as the deficit would continue to grow. The Knights would go down by as many as 29 points with 11:14 remaining in the game but they would show some signs of life as they would close the gap, losing 73-52.
Pierles Brown led the Knights with 17 points coming off the bench. The Knights will be back in action on Tuesday, December 6th as they play an exhibition game against Mercer University at 11 AM before hitting the road on Thursday, December 15th to take on the Rams of the University of Mobile.
