Augusta, GA - The Knights were on the road as they traveled to Augusta, Georgia to take on the Jaguars of Augusta University. The Knights were looking to win their first match of the season after remaining the 11th-ranked team in the country despite losing the first mtach of the season against NCAA D-II Auburn-Montgomery. The Knights would win the #1 doubles match 6-2 with the team of Oscar Mola and Adria Pratdepadua but would lose the #2 doubles match as the doubles point would come down to the #3 match. The Knights would win a close match 7-5 with the team of Jordi Bou and Icham Tidjine and take the doubles point for a 1-0 lead going into the singles matches. The Knights would lose a point in the #6 single match but would win the #3 singles match (6-1, 6-2), the #4 singles match (6-1, 6-4), and the #5 singles match (6-3, 6-0) and would win the match 4-1. The Knights will look for another win on Tuesday, February 22nd as they will be on the road again in Troy, Alabama to take on the Trojans of Troy University.
