Cochran, GA - The Knights were back on their home field on Wednesday, October 2nd as they begin a stretch of four consecutive home matches starting with the Running Eagles of Life University. The Running Eagles came into the matchup as the 6th-ranked team in the country and the Knights were looking to make a big splash.

The Knights would get the first shot of the game but they would have to play defense for most of the first half as the Running Eagles would score three goals within the first 20 minutes of the match. The Knights would manage another shot in the first half but it would be saved by the opposing keeper and the Knights would face a 3-0 deficit. The second half would see more opportunities for the Knights as they would fire off four shots but none would find the back of the net and the Running Eagles would add a goal to give the Knights a 4-0 loss.

The Knights will be back in action on Saturday, October 5th when they face the Roadrunners of Dalton State College. Kick off is set for 12 PM EST.
