Montgomery, AL - The Knights were on the road for the final time this season as they traveled to Montgomery, Alabama to take on the Eagles of Faulkner University. The Knights had already been eliminated from postseason play and were looking to end the season on a high note.
The Knights fell behind 3-1 in the first set but would tie the set at 4-4. A four point run would put the Eagles in front for good as the Knights would lose the set 25-21. A four point run by the Eagles to start the second set would put the Knights behind early and unable to recover in time as the Knights would lose the second set 25-19. The Knights won the first two points of the third set and would be tied at 3-3 but the Eagles would go on multiple four point runs in the set and the Knights would lose the set 25-14.
Yanelis Rodriguez and
Graysen Lallier each had nine kills to lead the Knights while
Beau Houston had 16 assists and
Paige Collier had 12 digs.
The Knights season ends with a record of 6-17, 2-11 SSAC.
