Box Score MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. – The Knights were back on the court on Tuesday as they hit the road for a conference matchup against the Bobcats of Georgia College & State University. The Knights were looking to break a three-game losing streak after winning four of their first six games of the season.
 
The Knights made the first basket of the game as both teams looked evenly matched. Both teams answered each other's shots as the game remained close through the first few minutes of the game. The Bobcats started to ease out to lead as the Knights fell behind by seven points before a five-point run cut the deficit down to two points. The Bobcats continued to slowly pull away as the Knights were down 10 points with 2:50 remaining in the first half. The Knights were able to cut into the deficit before halftime as the score was 40-38 in favor of the Bobcats.
 
The second half started much like the first half with both teams answering the other. The Bobcats started to put shots together and the deficit for the Knights grew to 12 points. The deficit continued to grow as it reached its largest margin of 22 points with 6:36 remaining in the game. The Knights put together a late run when they cut the lead down to 10 points but were unable to complete the come back as the Knights lost 95-83. Joshua Robertson led the way for the Knights with 20 points and nine assists with Greg Jones adding 17 points, Trevon Ragland adding 14 points, and OT Delancy adding 10 points.
 
The Knights will be back in action on Saturday, December 13^th when they host the Sand Sharks of USC-Beaufort. Tip off is scheduled for 3:30 PM EST.
