YOUNG HARRIS, Ga. - The Knights hit the road again on Saturday, February 28th as they headed to Young Harris, Georgia to take on the Mountain Lions. The Knights had won their previous two matches while the Mountain Lions lost their previous match against North Greenville.

Match Recap

The Knights made quick work of the doubles competition as they secured a 6-0 win in the #2 doubles match and a 6-1 win in the #3 doubles match to take the point. Vicente Faria won the #5 singles match to put the Knights up 2-0 but the Mountain Lions won the #1 singles match to get back to within one point. The Knights got win in the #2 and #4 singles matches to secure the points and the match win. The two teams finished out the remaining matches with each team winning one match and the Knights won 5-2.

Notable Performances

Daniel Garcia Suarez, Alexandr Achour, Duarte Mestre, and Vicente Faria all went 2-0 with Mestre securing the match to give the Knights the win.

The Knights stay on the road as the play the Flames of Lee University on Sunday, March 1st. That match is scheduled to start at 1 PM EST.
