MACON, Ga. - The Knights were back at home on Tuesday, September 29th as they hosted the Bobcats of Georgia College. Both teams were still looking to get a conference win and sitting at 0-3 in PBC play.
The first set was tied at 3-3 until a four-point run by the Bobcats put them ahead and the Knights were unable to fight back as they lost the set 25-18. The Knights stayed in the second set longer as the set was tied at 6-6. A three-point run put the Bobcats up but a seven-point run by the Knights pushed them into the lead. The surge in momentum was lost later in the set as the Knights lost the second set 25-18. The third set was back-and-forth between the two teams until a seven-point run by the Knights gave them the lead. A nine-point run by the Bobcats put them back in the lead and the Knights could not overcome the deficit as they lost 25-20.

Aubrie Beard had 13 assists, and
Trinity Mitchell added 18 digs.
The Knights record falls to 2-15 (0-4 PBC) on the season as they head to Aiken, South Carolina for their next match against the Pacers of USC-Aiken on Friday, October 2nd. Tip off is scheduled for 6 PM EST.
