Cochran, GA - The Knights were back in action on Saturday as they were set to host the Crusaders from William Carey University.

The Knights started off the game slow as they would quickly be down 10-1 in the first quarter. They would find their shooting rhythm as they would cut the lead down to three points before ending the first quarter down 20-12. The Knights would open the second quarter by cutting the lead back down to three points before the Crusaders would draw the lead back out. The Knights would find themselves down by 10 points before going into the halftime break down 34-28. The Knights would come out off the halftime break not being able to cut into the lead early on as the deficit would remain between six and nine points. The Knights would finally knock down some shots and cut the lead down to one point late in the quarter before going into the fourth quarter down 54-51. The deficit would get back to seven points early in the fourth quarter but the Knights would fight back as they would take the lead with 3:14 to go in the game but the Knights shooting would go cold late as the Knights would lose 77-72. Destanee Wright led the Knights with 17 points and 11 assists as three other Knights would reach double digits in scoring.

The Knights will be back in action after the Thanksgiving break as they will travel to Stillman College to take on the Tigers on December 2nd at 6:30 PM EST/5:30 PM CST.
