Cochran, GA - The Knights were back in action on Saturday, November 19th as they hosted the Crusaders of William Carey University. The Knights were coming off of a win against Blue Mountain Christian University on Thursday and were looking to stay undefeated in the SSAC. The Knights and Crusaders would play evenly to start off the first quarter but the Knights would grab and maintain the lead halfway through the first quarter and would end the quarter up 17-15. The Crusaders would close the lead in the second quarter and the game would close throughout the second quarter before the Knights would trial the Crusaders 32-28 at the halftime break. The Knights would come out of the halftime break cold as the Crusaders would pull away and the Knights would trail by 12 points at the end of the third quarter. The Knights would fall further behind in the fourth quarter as they would go on to lose 62-43. Destanee Wright led the Knights with 16 points and Kassidy Broussard added 13 points. The Knights will be back in action on Tuesday, November 29th as the will host the Running Eagles of Life University. Tip-off is scheduled for 5:30 PM EST.
