Derick Stager would bring a third run in the inning and the Knights would lead 3-0 after two innings. The Knights would score another run in the fourth on a sacrifice fly from Rafael Gomez Jr to go up 4-0. The Screaming Eagles would score a run in the top of the fifth inning but the Knights would answer back with six runs in the bottom half of the inning, capped off by a Gomez Jr 2-run home run, as the Knights would lead 10-1. Carter Lott sacrifice fly to put the Knights up 11-3 and the Knights would win the game by the same score. The win takes the Knights record to 9-4-1 as they will be back in action on Tuesday, March 1st as they travel back to LakePoint Sports Complex to take on the Lions of Bryan College. First pitch is scheduled for 3 PM EST.
