Marietta, GA - The Knights were back on the road on Tuesday, September 13th as they traveled to Marietta, Georgia to take on the newest member of the SSAC, Life University. The Running Eagles have had some recent success in the last few years so the Knights would be up against a quality opponent. The Knights would start off the first set holding their own as they would keep up with the Running Eagles, keeping the first set close. The Knights would lose their momentum late in the set as the Running Eagles would win 17 of the last 20 points and the Knights would lose the first set 25-12. The second set would be much closer as the Knights would lead throughout much of the set, jumping out to a 12-4 lead. The Running Eagles would claw their way back though as the Knights would eventually drop the set 25-23. The third set would be much like the rest of the match as the Knights would be able to keep up with the Running Eagles before Life would inch away at the end of the set and the Knights would lose the third and final set 25-19. The Knights will be back on the road on Friday, September 16th as they travel to Tuscaloosa, Alabama to take on the Tigers of Stillman College. The match is set to start at 8 PM EST.
