Knights Fall in Close SSAC Semifinal

Montgomery, AL - The Knights were in Montgomery, Alabama for the SSAC Tournament on Friday, April 28th as they were looking to add a conference tournament title to go along with their regular season title. The Knights were the 1-seed in the tournament after going 6-0 during the regular season. The Knights would face the 4-seed Crusaders of William Carey University. The Knights would lose the doubles point after losing two doubles matches 6-4. The Knights and Crusaders would battle in singles competition as the match would be tied at 3-3 and come down to the #6 singles match. The Knights would end up losing the match to the Crusaders 4-3.

The Knights will now wait to see where they are seeded for the NAIA National Tournament, which runs from May 16th to May 20th in Mobile, Alabama.
