Cochran, GA - The Knights were back on their home court on Thursday, February 8th as they hosted the Rams of the University of Mobile. The Knights were coming off of a conference weekend that saw them go 1-1 on the road and were looking to get a win at home. The Knights would hit a three to start the game and would hold the lead for much of the first quarter. The Rams would score the final four points of the quarter and the Knights would trail 14-10. The Knights would be forced into turnovers in the second quarter as the game would get away from them with the Knights trailing 39-24 at the halftime break. The Knights would continue try and break through the Rams defense as they would score 18 points in the quarter but the Knights would trail 68-42 at the end of the third quarter. The Knights would keep the deficit from growing any larger in the fourth quarter but would be unable to make up any ground as they would lose the game 83-57. Vanessa Samuel and Lashuana Coley led the Knights with 15 points each. The Knights will be back in action on Saturday, February 10th as they host the Crusaders of William Carey University. Tip-off is scheduled for 12 PM EST.
