The Knights would continue to add runs as they would add two runs in the third inning on a Chaz Salter single with an error by the Firehawks that would allow a run to score and a sacrifice fly from Jacob Pierce. The scoring would continue into the fourth inning as the Knights would tack on two more runs with an RBI single by Yariel Diaz and a fielder's choice that would score a run. The Knights would put the game out of reach in the fifth inning as they would score six more runs with RBI singles from Zane Faulk and Adam Alicea-Brooks, and RBI double by Yariel Diaz, and a two-run single by Jacob Pierce as the Knights would go up 17-2 and would finish off the game by the same score.
