Blue Mountain, MS - The Knights finished up their conference road trip on Saturday, February 1st with a game against the Toppers of Blue Mountain Christian University. The Knights were looking to end their losing streak with a win.

The game started off well for the Knights as they fought for the lead until the Toppers scored the final 15 points of the first quarter. The Knights scored the first basket of the second quarter to cut the lead to 11 points but another scoring run by the Toppers put the Knights further behind. The Knights went into the halftime break down by 26 points. The deficit for the Knights reached 35 points in the third quarter but they would not go away quietly, ending the quarter down by 24 points. The deficit continued to shrink in the fourth quarter as the Knights got within 11 points but the Toppers would hold on and the Knights would lose 77-59. Keiane' Rollins led the Knights with 21 points off the bench as Lailah Heard and ZaKyria Johnson each reached double digits in scoring.

The Knights will be head back out on the road on Tuesday, February 4th as they take on NCAA D-II Fort Valley State University. Tip-off is scheduled for 5:30 PM EST.
