Montgomery, AL - Yana Prihach was named SSAC Women's Tennis Player of the Week, the conference office announced Tuesday. The awards are based on her performance for the week of February 17-23. Prihach, a freshman from Minsk, Belarus, went 4-0 individually while the team went 2-0 against Georgia Southwestern and Albany State University. She won both singles matches 6-0, 6-0 and won both doubles matches 6-0 with partner Aya El Marrasse Zarioui. This is her first career Player of the Week honor.
