MONTGOMERY, Ala. – The Southern States Athletic Conference announced Emily Proctor as the SSAC Softball Pitcher of the Week, presented by WinWon. Proctor went 3-0 with a 0.33 ERA and 0.57 WHIP on the week with two shutouts over UT-Southern and struck out 31 batters, including 14 in the first game against the Firehawks and setting a single game record for strikeouts. This is her first career Pitcher of the Week honor. The award is based on performance for the week of March 17-23.
