DAHLONEGA, Ga. – The Knights headed up to Dahlonega, Georgia on Saturday, February 14th to take on the Nighthawks of North Georgia. The Knights won their last game against Clayton State while the Nighthawks were on a four-game winning streak.
Game Recap
The Knights scored the first seven points of the game as they got out to a good start but the Nighthawks used an eight point run to take the lead. The Knights did their best to keep the Nighthawks within reach as the game stayed close throughout most of the first half. The Nighthawks went on a run late in the first half as they scored the final eight points of the half and the Knights were down 38-28 at halftime.
The Nighthawks came out of halftime and extended their lead to 13 points but the Knights fought back and closed the deficit down to five points with 14:10 left in the game. The Nighthawks slowly pulled away as the Knights ran out of gas and the Knights lost 78-67.

Joshua Robertson led the Knights with 27 points as
Trevon Ragland had 13 points coming off of the bench.

The Knights will get the whole week to rest up for their next game as they head to Augusta, Georgia to take on the Jaguars of Augusta University. Tip off is scheduled for 3:30 PM EST.
