TIFTON, Ga. - The Knights were back on the road on Tuesday, March 24th as they headed down I-75 to Tifton, Georgia to take on the Stallions of ABAC. The Knights lost to the Stallions at home earlier in the season and were looking to exact some revenge.
Game Recap
The Knights and Stallions were locked in a pitcher's duel as both offenses lacked firepower. The Stallions broke the tie in the second inning with the Knights looking to answer back. The Knights found their answer in the fourth inning with an RBI groundout by
Luke Davis that tied the game at 1-1. The Knights went ahead in the sixth inning after
Patrick Crosby scored on an error by the Stallions pitcher and
Seve Fernandez scored later in the inning on a wild pitch that put the Knights up 3-1. The pitching staff held their own as they kept the Stallions from coming around to score in the final innings to give the Knights the win.
Notable Performances
The Knights pitching staff combined to give up one run on five hits while striking out seven batters with the bullpen pitching 4 and 2/3 innings with only two hits allowed.

The Knights head back out on the road on Friday, March 27th as they head to St. Augustine, Florida to take on the Saints of Flagler College for another PBC conference series. First pitch is scheduled for 5 PM EST.
