7/5/2026 6:16:00 AM

COCHRAN, Ga. – Coach Vinny Gill has announced the upcoming Women's Soccer schedule. The Knights will look to build upon their first season at the NCAA Division II level that came with four wins and five draws while once again taking on the challenge of a full Peach Belt Conference schedule.

The season will officially start on August 27th when the Knights hit the road to take on Eckerd College and Saint Leo University in Southwest Florida. The Knights will then close out their early-season three-match road stretch by taking on in-state rival Valdosta State on Sept. 2nd. The two teams battled to a 1-1 draw in Cochran last season.

MGA will host their first home match on September 4th against Emmanuel University and host Barry University on September 6th. The Knights and Buccaneers played last season in Miami Shores, Florida to a 2-2 stalemate.

The Knights head back out on the road to take on ABAC on Sept. 9th before starting their Peach Belt Conference schedule on the road against the Saints of Flagler College on September 12th. The Knights first conference home match will come on September 16th against the defending Peach Belt Conference champions of Columbus State University before they head back out on the road to take on Georgia Southwestern and USC-Beaufort.

The conference schedule continues with a home match against Clayton State University before heading to Georgia College on October 3rd. The schedule carries on with a three home match streak against Thomas University, North Georgia, and Coker University before their final road match on October 17th against Lander University. The Knights wrap up the regular season with two home matches against Lagrange College and USC-Aiken.

As provisional members of the NCAA Division II, the Knights are ineligible for NCAA postseason but are eligible for Peach Belt Conference postseason. The first round of the Peach Belt Conference Tournament begins on October 31st with the top-4 seeds hosting at their home field.
