AUGUSTA, Ga. - The Knights got back on the road on Thursday, September 17th as they traveled to Augusta, Georgia to take on the Jaguars of Augusta University. The Knights were coming off of a loss at home while the Jaguars were looking to end a six-match losing streak.
The Knights led a close first set until midway through the set when the Jaguars won six of eight points to take the lead and the Knights battled to a 25-22 set loss. The second set leaned on runs from both teams that saw the Knights get down early but close to within one point before the Jaguars pulled away to a 25-20 set. The Knights fell behind by five points early in the third set but came back to take a 16-15 lead. The Jaguars went back up by two points and the teams exchanged points until the end of the set that saw the Knights lose 25-23.

McCall Wolf led the Knights with 12 kills on the night,
Aubrie Beard and
Jiyanna Rivera each reached double digits assists and
Trinity Mitchell tallied 22 digs.
The Knights record moves to 2-11 (0-1 PBC) as they remain on the road for their next match on Saturday, September 19th against the Bearcats of Lander University. Tip off is scheduled for 3 PM EST.
