COCHRAN, GA - The Knights softball team lost their second game of the 2019 SSAC Tournament to 9 seeded Stillman College, effectively ending their season with a record of 28-26, 15-19 in conference play. The Knights lost 3-0 to the Tigers collecting only 4 hits in the game. Caroline Newton went 2 for 3 at the plate with Taylor Sheffield and Maggie Burkhalter each adding one hit. The season ends with the Knights getting 8 more wins than the previous season. The Knights lose a pair of players to graduation and will look to build on top of the success from this season as they won the most games since joining the NAIA in the 2014-15 season.
