MACON, Ga. – MGA head volleyball coach
Cara MacFarland is excited to announce the 2026 Fall schedule as the Knights head into their second year of competition in the Peach Belt Conference. The team will host a total of 12 matches at home in the Macon Volleyball Gym.
The season tips off on August 28
th on the road as the Knights travel to Fort Lauderdale, Florida to play four matches over the course of two days against Nova Southeastern, Palm Beach Atlantic, and UNC-Pembroke. The Knights follow that up with another three matches in Pembroke, North Carolina on September 4
th-5
th when they play Virginia State, Fayetteville State, and Embry-Riddle. The team wraps up their opening road schedule with four matches in Montgomery, Alabama on September 11
th-12
th against Albany State, Lane College, Arkansas-Fort Smith, and Auburn-Montgomery.
The Knights open their home schedule on September 15
th when they host Valdosta State for the first time before heading into Peach Belt Conference play on September 17
th on the road against Augusta University and September 19
th against Lander University. The team will alternate matches between home and on the road with home matches against Emmanuel University and Georgia College and away matches against Flagler College and USC-Aiken.
The Knights return home for a string of seven straight home matches starting on October 9
th with two matches against Lander University, a non-conference match up against Erskine College, and two matches against Augusta University and USC-Aiken. The Knights will head out on the road for their final non-conference match of the season on October 27
th when they face Fort Valley State. The Knights wrap up the regular season with home matches against Flagler College and road matches against Georgia College before heading into the 2026 Peach Belt Conference tournament, starting on November 12
th.
As provisional members of the NCAA Division II, the Knights are ineligible for NCAA postseason but are eligible for Peach Belt Conference postseason.
